Concept CrochĂȘ wants your satisfaction when making your purchases in our online store. For this, we created an Exchange and Return Policy with respect to your needs and based on the Consumer Defense Code.

These conditions make up the membership contract clauses that you, the consumer, acknowledge and accept in order to carry out your purchases. The completion of the purchase consists of full agreement with the present rules.

It is important to point out that you must immediately refuse to receive your product if:

- The packaging of the product is violated;
- The product has malfunctions;
- Order in disagreement with what was requested in the e-commerce.

Concept CrochĂȘ cannot be held responsible if your order is received without the above checks.

In case of wrong registration of the delivery address at the time of purchase by the customer, the product will be automatically returned by the Post Office to our Central. In this case, the customer is responsible for paying the freight cost again.

We do not carry out settlement exchanges.

Exchanges and returns of bikinis will only be allowed with the sending of both pieces, bra and panties, even when only one of the pieces is to be exchanged.

Any and all return processes must be communicated to the e-commerce team in accordance with the criteria listed in this exchange policy.

Products purchased from the Online Store can only be exchanged through the website. Exchanges must be requested via email [email protected], according to the following criteria:

 

1 - EXCHANGE FOR DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT

The following conditions must be compulsorily respected:
- When the defect is apparent, the product cannot show signs of use and/or washing, and must be in perfect condition and with the label affixed. The goods will be analyzed by the responsible team and, within 30 (thirty) consecutive days, a diagnosis will be presented. The parties may mutually adjust the extension of this period.

To request an exchange analysis, send a message to [email protected], with the subject “PRODUCT EXCHANGE”.

 

2 - EXCHANGE DUE TO DISSATISFACTION (PRODUCT WITHOUT DEFECT)

The exchange must be carried out within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt of the same. Applications received after this period will not be accepted.

The product must be in perfect condition, showing no signs of use and/or washing, adjustments (hems, darts, etc.), with labels affixed and original packaging.

For the exchange to be carried out, send an email informing the order number and reason for the exchange to [email protected] with the subject “PRODUCT EXCHANGE”.

The exchange cannot be carried out without the invoice or declaration of content, it must be sent together with the goods.

You can exchange your purchase for any other product on the site. If you prefer, you can keep a credit in your account on the site, to use in a next purchase. The credit has a term of up to 30 days.

 

3 – PURCHASE RETURN BY REGRET

The withdrawal of a purchase can be made within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the receipt of the goods. The product cannot necessarily show signs of use and/or washing, it must be in perfect condition and with the internal label affixed.

The execution of the purchase return procedures must be done exclusively by e-mail [email protected] informing the order number and reason. The subject of the email must be “PRODUCT RETURN”.

Under no circumstances will reimbursement be made to a third party bank account.


4 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

- If the product does not comply with the conditions described in this Exchange Policy, Registro CrochĂȘ will immediately return the product, without prior notice, with the consumer being solely responsible for the postage costs.

- Shipping expenses will be reimbursed in cases of return of the purchase for regret (within the deadline) and exchange due to product defect.

- In case of dissatisfaction, Registro CrochĂȘ is not responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange.

- Exchanges and/or returns will not be accepted without prior notice to the email [email protected], they will be automatically returned to the recipient.

5 - REVERSAL

- Conjunto CrochĂȘ offers credit in your online store account to be used in future purchases. The credit has a term of up to 30 days.

or

- Refund on the same credit card used. Remembering that credit card operators may take up to two invoices subsequent to the month in which the reversal is requested to carry out the credit. The refund request must be made within 7 days after receiving the product.

 - Registro CrochĂȘ does not refund or exchange custom-made products, or exclusive products that ARE NOT PART OF OUR COLLECTION.

Obs.: Colors may vary in shades from year to year, therefore,Concepto CrochĂȘ is not responsible for dissatisfaction of shades in purchases made in different periods.


REMEMBERING:

- The products will only be exchanged with the labels, seals and hygienic adhesives intact (on the beach line pieces), unless a manufacturing defect is found by a technical report from the exchange analysis team;

-Concepto CrochĂȘ is exempt from exchanging or repairing any merchandise when proven in the technical report that the alleged defects resulted from improper use;

- Under no circumstances will products modified by the consumer be received (wrist adjustment, hem, etc.) and it is not even possible to use the legal withdrawal option.

- It is necessary to send the invoice or content declaration, which was sent with the order.

- The DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document), or declaration of content, that you received with the order must be placed inside the box that will be sent.

- Remembering that to exchange or return a bikini we need to receive the set.

- We do not reserve products for exchanges.

 

To return your order, simply follow the steps below:

- The product must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered, with the original label and packaging/seal and all accessories.

Note: It is not possible to merge returns from different orders into a single shipment. Each returned order must be delivered separately to the Post Office, with the postage code associated with the return.


Important:

Upon receipt, the process of checking the returned products begins within a period of up to 20 consecutive days.

After this period, you will receive another email confirming the progress of your refund or exchange.

The amount will be refunded by reversing the amount on the credit card used for the purchase, within fifteen working days after the conference, and can be viewed on up to two subsequent invoices.
